 | In 1947 Spaencom was the first company in Denmark to introduce prestressed concrete elements. Since then the company have been the leading producer of concrete elements and have today factories in Aalborg, Kolding, Tune and Vemmelev (Tune and Vemmelev is temporary closed down). The head office is located in Hedehusene where it all began more than 60 years ago.
More than 300 employees develop, calculate, produce and erect concrete elements and Spaencom has been known as an innovative supplier of concrete elements, leading the way in developing new products and system solutions.
Spaencom is continuously optimising existing products and creating new ones to fulfil the needs of the clients. | Spaencoms primary strength is the large selection of standard units and systems. This does not imply that all solutions are alike. On the contrary. With Spaencom as a partner, the limits of achievement in building are wide – architectonically as well as technically and practically.
Several building projects assisted by Spaencom have received the Concrete Unit Award – an architectural award praising the talented and architectural application of concrete units
Products and services
In Spaencom, the employees like to be involved from the start of the project. In that way, they can contribute with knowledge and experience, establishing the correct element constructions quickly and minimizing production costs by implementing Spaencom standard solutions in the project wherever possible.

Spaencom have accumulated a great experience and competence necessary for creating buildings for people demanding practical as well as attractive solutions.
Spaencoms product program consist of Hollow core slabs, TTS roof elements, Columns, Beams, Walls, Facades, A-foundations and solutions within Slurry tanks, Parking houses, Stadiums and Bridges.
Spaencom is one of the few manufacturers of concrete elements to have there own erection and service department. The constant, hands-on work with the erection helps the company complete the input for production and development in a continuous effort to optimise the products and create better solutions. |
